Air Commodore David Anettey Akrong, Acting Commandant of KAIPTC, emphasized the gravity of the galamsey threat, bringing together policymakers, security experts, academics, media professionals, and civil society representatives to discuss solutions.
The seminar highlighted the devastating effects of galamsey on the environment, public health, economy, and national security.
