Denver CEO sues following ban from Colorado Golf Club, claims it cost business deal

Denver CEO Sues Colorado Golf Club Over Alleged Business Deal Collapse

A Denver CEO, Cole Evans, is suing the Colorado Golf Club and its manager, Brian Straigh, after being banned from the club, which he claims cost him a business deal worth "in excess of multiple eight figures".

Evans, the owner of Kiss Nutraceuticals, a dietary supplement company, was entertaining prospective buyers from Shore Capital Partners at the club when the incident occurred.

Brian Straight told (Cole) Evans he was not welcome on the property and that if needed he would call law enforcement to escort him off.

According to Evans, the manager accused him of breaking in and stealing liquor, leading to his banishment from the club, which ultimately scuttled the sale of his company.
